the avax2027 launch on AVAX. limited-risk commitment game. read this before you put any AVAX in.
The Idea
avax2027 is a limited-risk commitment game as a launch mechanism, building on the Blueprint paper (xbt2025, Nov 2025) and D27 (xbt2027).
the goal is to distribute the AVX27 token to a core holder base and reach TGE with an efficient valuation, through a COOPERATIVE process — not a bonding curve, not a sniper auction.
5 phases. 4 interphases. 24 hours. each phase has its own wallet on AVAX. you send AVAX to participate, you can refund during the windows between phases (with a defection cost that grows the longer you wait), and the launch ends with an open-bid clearing round that sets the listing price.
i am running it manually. this is an experimental run.
The Phases
each phase has a fixed duration. phase wallets are revealed when the phase opens. interphase wallets are revealed when the preceding phase ends.
- Phase 1240 min · 10% of supply · sets anchor
- IP 160 min · 100% refund · 0% defection cost
- Phase 2120 min · 5% of supply · 1.3× anchor
- IP 260 min · 90% refund · 10% defection cost
- Phase 3120 min · 5% of supply · 1.69× anchor
- IP 360 min · 80% refund · 20% defection cost
- Phase 4120 min · 5% of supply · 2.2× anchor
- IP 4120 min · 70% refund · 30% defection cost
- Phase 5240 min · 20% of supply · open clearing
Defection Cost
defection cost is the fee you pay to refund.
D ladder: 0 → 10 → 20 → 30.
reason: early speculation should be cheap to exit if you were wrong. late speculation should be expensive to exit. believers self-select by accepting higher defection cost as the game progresses.
this is different from D27, which uses a constant 27% defection cost. the stepped ladder is one of three changes avax2027 introduces (alongside the Quote Ledger and allocation protection — see below).
the cost stays in the system to strengthen the LP at TGE.
Multipliers
phase 1 sets the anchor price (the AVAX raised in phase 1 over 10% of supply).
phase 2 sells at 1.3× anchor. phase 3 at 1.69×. phase 4 at 2.2×. these are powers of 1.3 — not arbitrary. each phase is the previous one times 1.3.
example: if phase 1 raises 100 AVAX, the phase 2 cap is 0.5 × 1.3 × 100 = 65 AVAX.
if a phase doesn't fill, the unsold supply is burned at TGE. show up or it disappears.
phase 5 has no posted multiplier. its price emerges from bids.
allocation protection. if a fixed-price phase ends up priced above the phase 5 clearing, that phase's AVAX is rolled into the phase 5 pool and its original tokens are burned. nobody pays a worse price than the open clearing — phase 5 is the worst price anyone can get. checked from most-expensive phase down (4 → 3 → 2), recomputing the clearing after each roll.
The Quote Ledger
this is the second change avax2027 introduces. phase 5 has no posted price — it has a Quote Ledger.
the third change is allocation protection — covered in the Multipliers section above and the Settlement section below.
the first 2 hours of phase 5 (5a) project the live clearing price every 10 minutes — based on actual bids that have arrived in the phase 5 wallet so far. you watch it move. you can withdraw freely.
the last 2 hours (5b) lock bids. no more entries, no more withdrawals. the final clearing price is whatever the wallet settles at when the timer ends.
the price is not posted. but it is not hidden. you have data, you have time, and you can change your mind until 5b begins.
Settlement
80% of the net AVAX raised seeds the LP at the listing price. 10% to MM/CEX budget. 10% to treasury.
on top of the AVAX side, an additional 10% of AVX27 total supply is minted directly into the LP. this gives the pool real depth from day one — a single seller can't drag the chart down to zero.
25% of the LP is permalocked. the locked LP earns trading fees forever. there is no ongoing buyback-and-burn — the only burn is the one-time event at TGE: unsold supply from phases 2, 3, and 4, plus the original tokens of any phase that hit allocation protection.
what happens to the AVX27 token at TGE — who gets what, when, how — is part of the game. it will be settled and communicated when phase 5 ends. play accordingly.
Listing Rule
the listing price is disclosed in advance:
r_p = 1.1 × phase 5 clearing
modest premium. allocation protection guarantees no buyer paid above the phase 5 clearing, so every wallet — phase 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 — opens TGE with at least a 10% paper gain. no phase is set up to dump on the next.
first 24 hours of trading have a soft floor at 0.85 × r_p, defended from the treasury wallet. this dampens immediate post-TGE volatility while real price discovery happens.
How to Participate
- wait for a phase to open. the wallet address appears on the home page when the countdown hits zero.
- send at least 0.1 AVAX from your own wallet to the phase address. anything below the minimum is disregarded as spam.
- your contribution is recorded on-chain. the site updates within seconds.
- to exit during a refund window: send a 0-value (or dust) transaction from your contributing wallet to the matching interphase address. the refund is processed automatically. amount returned = amount sent × (refund% / 100).
- after phase 5 ends, settlement begins. specifics will be communicated at that time.
What This Is
this is an experimental, manually-run launch. i am facilitating the game, processing refunds between phases, and settling at TGE.
the mechanism is faithful to the Blueprint spec, with three additions: stepped defection cost (instead of D27's constant 27%), the Quote Ledger in phase 5, and allocation protection so no buyer ever pays a worse price than the open clearing.
if you don't know the lineage, read the Blueprint paper and the D27 essays first. this game is for people who understand commitment games.
What This Is Not
this is not financial advice. this is not a guarantee of profit. this is a game with real money in it.
if you participate, participate with what you can afford to lose. the mechanism is designed to make exit cheap early and expensive late — not to make you rich.
if you find a flaw in the design, reach out. i'd rather fix it before launch than after.
